  1. Lead and manage the department to meet and exceed sales goals.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive departmental sales and profitability.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of popular items and prevent overstocking.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotions and sales events.
  9. Manage and control department expenses, including labor costs and inventory shrinkage.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety.
  14. Work closely with upper management to develop and achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall performance and success of the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.

  • Previous Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Sales And Merchandising Strategies To Drive Store Profitability.

  • Familiarity With H&M's Brand, Products, And Customer Base.
