  1. Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability within the department.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Train and develop staff on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service standards.
  5. Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, priced, and stocked according to company standards.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized department to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  7. Collaborate with other department managers and store management to create a cohesive and efficient store environment.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and customer preferences to make informed buying decisions.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new employees for the department.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention measures.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Represent the H&M brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
