  1. Manage and oversee the operations of a specific department within the H&M store.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  3. Ensure the department is properly stocked and visually appealing at all times.
  4. Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers to achieve overall store goals and targets.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of current fashion trends and H&M products to assist customers and provide fashion advice.

  13. Monitor and control department expenses to ensure profitability.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Profitability.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role Within The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results.
