Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Profitability.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role Within The Retail Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results.
