  4. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

  6. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure overall store success and cohesiveness.
  7. Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and apply them to the department's product selection and merchandising.
  8. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  9. Implement and uphold company standards and policies, including visual presentation, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to upper management on store operations and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Colleagues.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Fashion Or Apparel Company.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Fashion Industry And Trends, As Well As Experience In Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Analysis.
