  1. Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the achievement of sales goals and excellent customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability, including analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  4. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about H&M's products, brand, and customer service standards.
  5. Monitor and maintain the visual presentation of the department, ensuring that it is in line with H&M's standards and reflects current fashion trends.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, striving to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  8. Manage and control department budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and expenses, to ensure profitability.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, making recommendations to improve department performance.
  10. Collaborate with other department managers and cross-functional teams to achieve company-wide goals and initiatives.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the department to enhance efficiency and productivity.
