  1. Oversee the daily operations of a specific department within the H&M store.
  2. Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support.

  11. Uphold company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising standards, to ensure a consistent brand image.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, addressing any performance issues and recognizing successes.
  13. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the department.
  14. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Keep up-to-date with H&M's product offerings, promotions, and events to effectively promote and sell products.

Job Qualifications
