- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to all company standards and guidelines, maintaining the brand image and upholding the company's values.
- Continuously seek ways to improve departmental efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets, With A Focus On Maximizing Profitability.
