Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of At Least 10 Employees
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Kpis
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate With Upper Management.
