  1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure they are meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability within the department.
  3. Train and mentor sales associates to improve their product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
  5. Monitor and track department sales performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer experience throughout the store.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  8. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
  9. Stay updated on current fashion trends and industry developments to provide knowledgeable and relevant guidance to customers and team members.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Assist in visual merchandising and maintain the overall appearance of the department.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance leadership and management skills.
  14. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for overall store success.
  15. Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and assist in setting departmental budgets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of At Least 10 Employees

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Kpis

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate With Upper Management.
