- Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of overall store strategies.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees, Including Hiring, Training, And Development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Employees At All Levels.
A Deep Understanding Of Fashion And Trends, As Well As A Passion For The H&M Brand And Its Values.
