Responsibilities:

  2. Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Identify and assess customer needs to provide the best service.

  5. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Assist customers in finding the perfect product for their needs.
  7. Update customer information in the customer databases.
  8. Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
