Welcome to the H&M family! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. We value excellent customer service and are dedicated to providing outstanding service to our customers. As part of our team, you will be the face of H&M and the primary point of contact for our customers.The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. It is important for this position that you be detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. You should have the ability to think on your feet and make decisions quickly in order to best serve our customers. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Above all, our Customer Service Representative must have a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: •Provide excellent customer service to H&M customers, both in-store and online •Process and troubleshoot customer orders and inquiries •Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor towards customers •Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner •Provide customers with accurate product and pricing information •Assist customers in finding the best solutions to their needs •Ensure customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable and helpful advice •Maintain a high level of product knowledge •Stay updated on H&M products, services, and promotions •Handle multiple tasks concurrently •Think quickly and make decisions on the spot •Process customer payments •Assist in other customer service related tasks as needed

Compensation
