You should have the ability to think on your feet and make decisions quickly in order to best serve our customers. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: •Provide excellent customer service to H&M customers, both in-store and online •Process and troubleshoot customer orders and inquiries •Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor towards customers •Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner •Provide customers with accurate product and pricing information •Assist customers in finding the best solutions to their needs •Ensure customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable and helpful advice •Maintain a high level of product knowledge •Stay updated on H&M products, services, and promotions •Handle multiple tasks concurrently •Think quickly and make decisions on the spot •Process customer payments •Assist in other customer service related tasks as needed
