- Develop and implement customer growth strategies to drive sales and increase customer retention.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-centric initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer growth and engagement.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform strategies and tactics.
- Identify and prioritize customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach them.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop messaging and creative assets that resonate with our target customers.
- Utilize customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the customer journey and experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Stay informed on competitors' strategies and customer trends to ensure H&M remains competitive in the market.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Customer Planning And Growth Strategy, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competitive Landscape In The Retail Industry.
