
Customer Insights Business Analyst
Translate complex sets of customer, sales, and marketing data into meaningful insights, deliver business recommendations and address specific business questions to support key functions, such as: Marketing, Merchandising, and E-Commerce. Partner with global counterparts to leverage existing analytical framework and reporting to further understand customer behavior through various types of business analysis. Employ SAS and SQL to query CRM data and provide data support and analysis for ad-hoc requests from business partners. Identify opportunities to streamline analytics processes and reporting efficiencies, working to enhance H&M’s customer data by providing data requirements that would enable more complete, efficient analysis.
3-4 years customer-level data mining experience; preferably in a database marketing, multi-channel retail environment
Hands-on experience working in large, multi-brand, multi-channel databases
Proficiency working in a customer analytics focused role
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
