Job Description

As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our store.   1. Perform daily cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store, including restrooms, fitting rooms, and common areas.
  3. Ensure all areas are free of debris, spills, and other safety hazards.
  4. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to effectively clean and sanitize all surfaces.
  5. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management in a timely manner.
  6. Assist with restocking and organizing cleaning supplies.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
  8. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and coworkers.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  10. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any cleaning concerns or issues promptly.
  14. Take pride in the appearance of the store and strive to exceed cleanliness standards.
  15. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily cleaning goals.
  16. Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up for scheduled shifts on time.
  17. Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure a clean and safe store environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Professional Cleaning: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Professional Cleaning, Preferably In A Retail Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Cleaning Products And Techniques: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Cleaning Products And Techniques, Including The Safe Handling And Proper Use Of Chemicals.

  • Attention To Detail: Cleaning Technicians At H&M Are Responsible For Maintaining The Cleanliness And Appearance Of The Store. Candidates Should Have A Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Identify And Address Areas That Require Extra Attention.

  • Time Management Skills: The Ability To Manage Time Effectively And Complete Tasks Within A Given Timeframe Is Crucial For This Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Work Efficiently To Ensure That Cleaning Duties Are Completed In A Timely Manner.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Cleaning Technicians May Need To Communicate With Store Managers And Other Team Members To Coordinate Cleaning Schedules And Report Any Issues. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role.
