Cleaning Technician

1. Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
2. Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency.
3. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum all areas of the store, including sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms.
4. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, counters, and fixtures.
5. Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins.
6. Restock cleaning and paper supplies as needed.
7. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
8. Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment by following all safety protocols.
9. Assist with setting up and breaking down displays and fixtures as needed.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any cleaning or maintenance issues.
11. Uphold company standards for cleanliness and presentation.
12. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
14. Attend training and meetings as required.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
16. Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline cleaning processes.
17. Comply with all health and safety regulations.
18. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
19. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and clean environment for customers.
