Cleaning Technician

1. Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of store premises, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, and replenishing supplies.
2. Ensure the safety and comfort of customers by keeping floors and walkways free of debris and hazards.
3. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
4. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
5. Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
6. Report any maintenance issues to management immediately.
7. Escalate customer issues to management when necessary.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
