Cleaning Technician

At H&M, we are looking for an experienced Cleaning Technician to join our team! We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing superior customer service.Successful candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a related field, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and cleaning of our retail stores. You will need to be flexible and able to work on a variety of tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms. Responsibilities of a Cleaning Technician:

• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring all areas of the store are properly cleaned and maintained
• Identifying and addressing any maintenance issues in the store
• Following instructions from management to ensure quality standards are met
• Working with a positive attitude and providing superior customer service
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures when performing cleaning duties
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Reporting any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner
• Completing all other tasks as assigned by management
