Web Analyst

As a Web Analyst, you'll support H-E-B's mobile / web properties and digital marketing team by analyzing data, creating dashboards, and providing insights/recommendations around elements like traffic patterns, marketing channel effectiveness. Supports digital marketing stakeholders- use of Salesforce / other CRM tool to manage customer campaign targeting. Serves as a consultant to the experimentation team to ensure tracking is sufficient and tests are set up to effectively assess performance. Supports data science team (that uses a Databricks environment) to tie online / offline customer behaviors for targeting and measurement. Serves as a liaison between the business owners and implementation team to influence tracking plans / technology needs. Continuously reviews processes; leverages analytics data to recommend improvements. Prepares critical data for feedback to Merchant and Creative teams to drive higher sell-thru key items.
