- Develop and implement talent development strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments and leaders to identify training and development needs for employees at all levels.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development to continuously improve our programs.
- Manage and track talent development budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor development programs accordingly.
- Act as a liaison between the employees and the organization to ensure open communication and transparency in talent development.
- Develop and maintain talent development metrics and report on the progress and impact of programs to key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of talent development professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
- Advocate for the importance of talent development and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of employee development plans to support career growth and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to talent development.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Talent Development Or Learning And Development Role.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Training And Development Programs.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
