3. Assist customers with finding products and services within the store.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
6. Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by H-E-B.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the service department.
8. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide accurate and timely information.
9. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
11. Attend training and meetings as required to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing H-E-B's brand and values.
13. Complete all assigned tasks and duties with attention to detail and accuracy.
14. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or team leader.
