Sr Info Security Advisor

We at H-E-B are looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven individual to join our team as a Sr Info Security Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical information security guidance in the development of our security protocols. The Sr Info Security Advisor will be a trusted advisor who can bridge the gap between business objectives and security risk mitigation.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in information security management, risk management, and/or security audit. In addition, they should be highly knowledgeable in security best practices, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards. They should also possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement security protocols that meet business objectives while mitigating security risks.
2. Maintain an understanding of current security best practices, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards.
3. Provide strategic and tactical security guidance to stakeholders.
4. Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities.
5. Ensure adherence to established security policies and procedures.
6. Develop and deliver security awareness training.
7. Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and maintain secure systems.
8. Keep up to date with advances in security technologies and trends.
9. Assist with the investigation of security incidents and breaches.
10. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
