Collaborates with training team members to develop / administer training to new and incumbent Partners (e.g., Analyst onboarding). Develops tailored training and shadowing programs for department and company Partners, and prospective analysts; coordinates POG- and floorplan-related training / education for Space Planning, Procurement, Forecast and Replenishment, Own Brand, and Global Sourcing Partners, specific to their functional roles. Initiates / schedules process- and tools-related training (e.g., markdown tools, dynamic flags, space planning floor plans, POGs, analysis tools). Trains on tools and systems, clustering and assortment methodologies / processes, space fixture creation and fixture library / SOPs, and on business intelligence (BI) data as it integrates with space planning system(s) to ensure metrics-based decisions. Tests / updates training materials for space planning software upgrades and related change management.
