Software Engineering Manager

H-E-B is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our team and take our software engineering projects to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software engineering and be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of software engineering and have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. A successful Software Engineering Manager at H-E-B will be able to create and execute a software engineering strategy that meets our customers’ needs.We’re looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in software engineering and 3 years of experience managing software engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
