As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce and React applications. We are looking for a driven and experienced individual who is passionate about software engineering and has a strong background in Salesforce and React.   1. Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce and React applications for H-E-B.
  2. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new features and enhancements to improve the customer shopping experience.
  3. Utilize your expertise in Salesforce and React to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  4. Participate in code reviews and provide valuable feedback to team members.
  5. Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software development processes.
  7. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  8. Own the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and React within the organization, providing guidance and advice to other teams and departments as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Salesforce And React: A Senior Software Engineer Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Both Salesforce And React And Be Able To Develop Complex Solutions Using These Technologies.

  • Strong Programming Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Java, Javascript, And Apex To Design And Develop Custom Solutions On The Salesforce Platform.

  • Proven Experience In Software Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Focus On Salesforce And React. They Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality, Scalable, And Maintainable Code.

  • Project Management Skills: A Senior Software Engineer Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Software Development Projects. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Project Managers To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Projects.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Senior Software Engineer, The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Technical Problems And Come Up With Effective Solutions. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot And Debug Issues Related To Salesforce And React Applications.
