Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee architectural design of projects
2. Lead a team of architects to success
3. Manage the design process from concept to completion
4. Manage budgets, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines
5. Provide technical advice and guidance to the team
6. Research and analyze new technologies and trends in architecture
7. Create sketches, diagrams, and other visual aids to communicate design ideas
8. Work with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet the desired specifications
9. Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions to challenges
10. Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
