Sanitation - Total Store Sanitation Spec - Part-Time

1. Conduct thorough and regular cleaning and sanitization of all areas of the store, including restrooms, floors, and high-touch surfaces.
2. Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning materials and chemicals.
3. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, promptly reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and organizing shelves and displays.
5. Respond promptly to any spills or messes, taking appropriate action to clean and sanitize the affected area.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene standards, to maintain a professional and hygienic appearance.
7. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management, and actively participate in resolving them.
8. Assist with training and mentoring new team members on proper sanitation procedures and techniques.
9. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and helpful manner.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, and actively contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the sanitation process, and make suggestions to management for implementation.
12. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for sanitation and hygiene, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
