- Stock shelves and rotate inventory in an efficient and timely manner to ensure product availability for customers.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced according to store standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing empty boxes, and keeping shelves and aisles neat.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide friendly and helpful customer service.
- Report any damaged or expired products to management.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out-of-stock items to management.
- Follow store policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve daily goals.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to address any issues or concerns.
- Continuously strive to improve the store's appearance and overall customer experience.
- Attend training and meetings as required to stay updated on product knowledge and store procedures.
- Adhere to all company and department policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Prior Experience In Grocery Or Retail Stocking: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Stocking Shelves And Maintaining Inventory In A Grocery Or Retail Setting.
Physical Stamina: As A Night Stocker, The Job May Involve Lifting And Carrying Heavy Boxes, Pushing And Pulling Carts, And Standing For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks.
Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Crucial In Stocking Shelves And Maintaining Inventory. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Organize Products According To Store Standards.
Availability To Work Nights And Weekends: This Is A Part-Time Position That Requires Working Evenings And Weekends. Candidates Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Able To Work At Least 20 Hours Per Week.
