Retail Food Safety Manager

H-E-B is looking for an experienced and passionate Retail Food Safety Manager to join our team. This is a key role within our team, responsible for driving and developing food safety initiatives across our entire retail store network.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in food safety and/or food safety management, ideally within a retail environment. You should have an in-depth understanding of food safety regulations, food defense principles, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.You will need to be a highly motivated individual with a passion for food safety and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and compliance at all times.
