Receiving Specialist - Mont Belvieu Receiving - Part-Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receiving Specialist at our Mont Belvieu location on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receiving of merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels and assisting with store operations. - Receive merchandise: Accurately receive and document shipments of merchandise from suppliers.

- Organize merchandise: Effectively organize and store received merchandise in designated areas.

This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Systems And Procedures, As Well As The Ability To Accurately Record And Document Incoming Shipments.
Attention To Detail: As A Receiving Specialist, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Accuracy In Receiving And Documenting Merchandise. This Includes Verifying Quantities, Product Codes, And Expiration Dates, As Well As Inspecting The Quality And Condition Of Received Items.
Physical Stamina: The Role Of A Receiving Specialist Can Be Physically Demanding, As It Often Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Pallets. Candidates Should Be Able To Meet The Physical Requirements Of The Job And Be Able To Stand, Walk, And Lift For Extended Periods Of Time.
Strong Communication Skills: Receiving Specialists At H-E-B Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Coworkers, Vendors, And Other Team Members.
