Quality Control Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Control Expert to join the team at H-E-B. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all of our products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality assurance and a commitment to excellence.The successful Quality Control Expert will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a proven track record of producing high-quality products. You will also need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enforce the highest quality standards across all products
• Ensure all products meet safety and compliance requirements
• Inspect, test, and evaluate products to ensure compliance with company standards
• Document and report all quality control activities
• Identify and investigate any quality issues and recommend solutions
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Train staff on quality control protocols and procedures
• Develop and implement quality control systems and processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality assurance
