Quality Control Expert

H-E-B is looking for an experienced Quality Control Expert to join our team. In this role, the Quality Control Expert will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of excellence in product quality and safety. As the Quality Control Expert, you will work closely with the Quality Control team and other departments to inspect products, review safety protocols, and take corrective action when necessary.We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control and safety, including working with FDA regulations and ensuring compliance with them. You will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, and you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 1. Monitor and inspect products to ensure they meet high quality standards and safety regulations.
2. Maintain accurate records and documents regarding product inspections and testing.
3. Ensure compliance of all safety protocols and FDA regulations.
4. Identify and analyze any potential product issues and take corrective action as needed.
5. Collaborate with the Quality Control team and other departments to continuously improve product quality and safety.
6. Assist with the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
7. Stay up to date on current industry trends and regulations.
8. Investigate customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise.
9. Create reports to present findings and recommendations to management.
