Job Description

At H-E-B, we are looking for a Quality Control Expert to join our team and help us ensure that all products meet our high standards of excellence. The ideal candidate for this role will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering a superior customer experience. The Quality Control Expert will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating products on a daily basis to ensure that they meet quality standards.To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and customers at all levels. In addition, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of quality control experience, and a strong understanding of the various manufacturing processes. A degree in quality assurance or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review and evaluate products on a daily basis to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  2. Interact with colleagues and customers at all levels in order to maintain a positive customer experience.
  3. Analyze and troubleshoot any issues with products that do not meet quality standards.
  4. Monitor and update quality control procedures and processes.
  5. Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  6. Train new staff on quality control processes and procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate records of quality control results.
  8. Make recommendations for improving quality control procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
