Quality Control Expert

This person will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department, ensuring that the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy are maintained across our products. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the quality of products and services.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in the food industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred but not required. They should be highly organized and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Document and report any discrepancies found during quality control processes.
6. Train and mentor other team members on quality control procedures.
7. Proactively identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to minimize these risks.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry changes and best practices.
9. Monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure quality control objectives are met.
