Job Description

At H-E-B, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Expert to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of excellence. As a Quality Control Expert, you will be responsible for assessing the quality of products, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.To be successful in this role, you must have a detailed knowledge of H-E-B’s quality control processes and procedures. You should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality products to our customers. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a commitment to quality, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess the quality of products produced by H-E-B to ensure they meet the highest standards of excellence.
  2. Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential areas of improvement in the quality control process.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of products.
  5. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Train and mentor other team members on quality control processes and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date on relevant industry regulations and standards.
  8. Provide technical advice and guidance to staff on topics related to quality control.
