Job Description

At H-E-B, we believe that our production representatives are the lifeblood of our organization. Our production representatives have the important job of ensuring our customers have the best possible experience when they shop with us. We are looking for a production representative who has a passion for providing excellent customer service and is willing to go the extra mile. As a production representative, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and helping customers find the items they need. The ideal candidate for this position must possess strong customer service skills, a friendly attitude, and be comfortable lifting boxes and working on their feet for long periods of time. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision. We also require a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities:

  1. Stock shelves with merchandise in an organized manner.
  2. Rotate merchandise on shelves to ensure freshness.
  3. Help customers find the items they need.
  4. Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
  5. Lift boxes and work on feet for long periods of time.
  6. Maintain a reliable, organized, and independent work ethic.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and policies as required.
  8. Adhere to company guidelines and regulations.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
  10. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
