  1. Prepare high-quality and delicious food products for H-E-B customers.
  2. Ensure that all food preparation meets health and safety standards.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  4. Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of prepared foods.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and assist with order placement to ensure availability of ingredients.
  7. Communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing information about products and assisting with their selections.
  8. Continuously strive to improve food quality and presentation.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including proper sanitation and food handling techniques.
  10. Meet production goals and deadlines set by management.
  11. Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills.
  12. Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
  13. Maintain knowledge of current food trends and techniques to stay competitive in the market.

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary Experience: A Prepared Foods Production Rep At H-E-B Should Have A Strong Background And Knowledge In Food Preparation And Production, Including Experience In A Commercial Kitchen Or Food Service Environment.
