Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a professional, compassionate, and timely manner

• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the local community

• Maintain a valid and unrestricted physician’s license in the state of practice

• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice

• Use evidence-based medicine and best practices to diagnose and treat patients

• Document patients’ medical history, treatments, and progress

• Manage patient care plans and coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals, as needed

• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and perform other medical treatments

• Participate in continuing education and training programs, as required
