1. Assist pharmacists in providing safe and efficient pharmaceutical care to customers.
2. Maintain a high level of customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
3. Accurately and efficiently process and fill prescriptions.
4. Maintain inventory and track medication supplies.
5. Follow all state and federal regulations regarding the handling and dispensing of medication.
6. Keep confidential customer information secure and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
7. Assist in resolving insurance and billing issues for customers.
8. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the pharmacy and storage areas.
10. Continuously develop knowledge and skills in the pharmacy industry through training and education opportunities.
