4. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use for customers.

6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and strive to find satisfactory resolutions.

8. Continuously develop knowledge of pharmacy operations, new medications, and industry updates to provide the best service to customers.
9. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring medications are always in stock and properly stored.
10. Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote the pharmacy and its services.
11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
12. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy.
13. Uphold H-E-B's values and represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager.
