1. Greet and welcome pharmacy customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and needs.
3. Assist customers in locating and purchasing pharmacy products and services.
4. Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of pharmacy products.
5. Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
6. Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of prescriptions.
7. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy department.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality guidelines.
9. Continuously learn about new products and services offered by the pharmacy.
10. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
11. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the pharmacy.
12. Cross-sell and upsell products and services to meet sales targets.
13. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
14. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager.
