Pharmacy Care Representative

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Pharmacy Care Representative to join the H-E-B Pharmacy team! As a Pharmacy Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our pharmacy customers, as well as ensuring that all pharmacy protocols and regulations are followed.This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to all pharmacy customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Ensure all pharmacy protocols and regulations are followed.
3. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Maintain a safe and secure pharmacy environment.
5. Assist with prescription order processing and inventory management.
6. Process payments and file insurance claims.
7. Answer the phone and respond to emails from customers.
8. Assist in training new Pharmacy Care Representatives.
9. Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
10. Stay up-to-date on pharmacy regulations and industry trends.
