You should also have exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Responsibilities of a Pharmacy Care Representative:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and ensure their needs are met.
  2. Answer customer questions and address any inquiries regarding pharmacy care.
  3. Assist customers with filling prescriptions and selecting appropriate medications.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and advice.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current pharmacy laws and regulations.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  9. Remain professional and courteous at all times.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures.
