Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
2. Use critical thinking and problem solving to resolve customer issues.
3. Use pharmacy technology to fill prescriptions, assist customers and process orders.
4. Adhere to pharmacy regulations and policies, while staying up to date on drug information.
5. Assist customers with understanding their medication information and insurance coverage.
6. Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure customers receive the best care.
7. Maintain customer records, including prescription information and payment details.
8. Follow proper safety protocols in accordance with standard operating procedures.
9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
10. Participate in training and development programs to stay up to date on pharmaceuticals.
