Pharmacy Care Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately process customer orders and ensure orders are filled in a timely manner.
2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
3. Assist customers with insurance and billing matters.
4. Receive, count, and pour medications into containers.
5. Prepare and accurately label prescriptions.
6. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and services provided.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Provide guidance and training to other pharmacy professionals.
9. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary.
10. Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
