Pharmacy Care Representative

As a Pharmacy Care Representative, you will provide excellent customer service to all customers, assist with prescription refills, and provide overall support to our Pharmacy department. You will be responsible for providing customers with information about their prescriptions as well as general advice and guidance on health-related topics.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of customer service experience. You must be knowledgeable about all aspects of pharmacy operations and the medications they carry. Additionally, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
2. Assist with prescription refills and provide overall support to the Pharmacy department.
3. Provide customers with information about their prescriptions and general advice and guidance on health-related topics.
4. Maintain accurate records of all pharmacy operations and medications.
5. Ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
7. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude at all times.
8. Work effectively as part of a team.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned.
