  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for private label brands to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sourcing, and sales, to bring new products to market.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
  4. Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
  6. Monitor and track the performance of private label brands, making adjustments as needed to achieve sales and growth targets.
  7. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and inform brand positioning and strategy.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives.
  9. Lead the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  10. Stay current on industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the company.
  12. Work closely with product development teams to identify and develop new product ideas that align with brand strategy and consumer needs.
  13. Develop and implement crisis management plans to address any potential issues or challenges that may arise.
  14. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote and showcase our private label brands.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of brand initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Brand Management Or Marketing, Preferably Within The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Deliver Projects On Time And On Budget.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Brand Strategies.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Preferred.
