- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise to ensure an organized and fully stocked store for customers.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when items need to be restocked.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and stock merchandise.
- Keep track of damaged or expired products and properly dispose of them.

Previous Experience In A Retail Or Stocking Position: Candidates For An Overnight Stocker Job At H-E-B Should Have Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Stocking Environment. This Experience Demonstrates A Familiarity With The Tasks And Responsibilities Of The Job And The Ability To Work Efficiently And Effectively In A Fast-Paced Setting.
