Job Description

At H-E-B, we are looking for an Overnight Stocker eager to join our team and help us ensure that our shelves are always stocked with the best products. This role is essential to our success, as our customers rely on us to provide them with the items they need. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and organized, and who is passionate about helping others.The ideal candidate should have at least one year of stocking experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be comfortable working in the cooler and freezer. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented and able to work independently, but still able to follow instructions. Most importantly, they should be customer-service oriented and able to provide a friendly and helpful shopping experience.If you’re looking to join a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing stellar customer service and making sure our shelves are always stocked, then we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Stock shelves with products in a timely and organized manner.
  2. Ensure shelves are stocked with the best products for customers.
  3. Lift up to 50 lbs. and be comfortable working in cooler and freezer.
  4. Follow instructions and work independently.
  5. Provide a friendly and helpful shopping experience for customers.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of stocking area.
  7. Maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Communicate any stock issues or discrepancies to management.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
