- Prepare and package food products for delivery to store shelves, ensuring they meet H-E-B's high standards of quality and freshness.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, following all safety protocols and ensuring proper sanitation and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of production tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, including batch numbers, expiration dates, and product counts.
- Follow all H-E-B policies and procedures, including food safety regulations, to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
- Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with production processes or equipment to supervisors.
- Continuously strive to improve production methods and suggest ways to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Act as a brand ambassador for H-E-B by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our commitment to quality products.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For An Overnight Production Representative At H-E-B Is A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Ability To Comprehend And Follow Instructions.
Previous Experience In A Production Or Warehouse Environment: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Production Or Warehouse Setting. This Will Ensure They Have A Basic Understanding Of Production Processes, Safety Protocols, And The Ability To Operate Machinery And Equipment.
Strong Attention To Detail: As An Overnight Production Representative, It Is Important To Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure All Products Are Produced According To Company Standards. This Includes Monitoring Product Quality, Identifying And Addressing Any Issues, And Ensuring Accurate Labeling And Packaging.
Ability To Work Overnight Shifts: This Position Requires Working Overnight Shifts, Typically From 10Pm To 6Am. Candidates Must Have The Availability And Willingness To Work These Hours, As Well As The Ability To Adjust To A Night-Time Schedule.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: Overnight Production Representatives Must Be Able To Stand For Extended Periods Of Time And Lift Up To 50 Pounds. This Job Involves Physical Labor And Candidates Must Be Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Role.
