Excellent Customer Service Skills: An Order Taker/Runner Should Have Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Provide Friendly And Efficient Service To Customers.
Basic Math Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Accurately Handle Money And Make Change For Customers, As Well As Keep Track Of Orders And Sales.
Physical Stamina: This Job May Require Standing For Long Periods Of Time, Lifting And Carrying Heavy Items, And Navigating Through A Busy Store Environment.
Attention To Detail: As An Order Taker/Runner, It Is Important To Accurately Record And Fulfill Customer Orders, As Well As Ensure All Items Are Correctly Priced And Packaged.
